Ardex SN PLUS Neutral Cure Anti-Mould Sealant
ARDEX SN PLUS is a single-component, neutral-curing, sanitary-grade silicone sealant. Low odour, non-corrosive, with excellent elasticity and anti-mould performance after curing. Ideal for elastic sealing of internal corners, edges and joints in high-humidity indoor environments. The unique formulation resists discolouration and adheres well to tiles, stone, metal, glass, wood, aluminium and UPVC frames.

Applications
- Elastic sealing of internal corners, edges and joints on interior walls and floors
- Bathrooms, showers, toilet surrounds, washbasins and kitchen sink areas
- Tile floors and joints around door/window frames and fixed furniture in living spaces

- High elasticity — accommodates joint movement of ±25%, max joint width 30 mm, depth 15 mm

- Strong adhesion — bonds to most substrates without primer (except polyethylene and PTFE)
- Easy application — 5-40°C, skin formation in approx. 7-10 minutes, can be applied in sections with good intercoat adhesion
