Mapescreed 704 is a liquid acrylic polymer admixture (formaldehyde-free) developed by MAPEI for interior/exterior cementitious screeds as bases for ceramic, stone, wood and resilient flooring. It significantly improves workability and plasticity of screeds, reduces shrinkage and porosity, accelerates strength development and shortens drying time.

Applications
- Interior/exterior cementitious screeds as bases for ceramic, natural stone, wood, resilient flooring and carpet
- Screeds requiring fast drying — walkable within 12–24 hours
- Screeds requiring high mechanical strength (within 7 days)
- Use with mechanical mixing equipment (stationary or truck-mounted mixers); dosage 1–1.5% of cement weight for traditional cement-sand-water mixes
