HYDRO FLEX R-38 is a single-component, solvent-free, isocyanate-free, silicone-free liquid waterproofing membrane based on new-generation silane-terminated polymer. It cures on contact with moisture at room temperature after application, forming a permanently elastic waterproofing layer suitable for waterproofing and sealing of various interior/exterior substrates.

Applications
- Terraces, rooftops, roofs (walkable surfaces require reinforcement mesh)
- Waterproofing of gutters, pipes and channels
- Repair of roof and wall cracks
- Sealing of interior/exterior expansion joints and construction joints
- Waterproofing of interior/exterior basement walls
- Waterproofing of buried structures
- As a tile adhesive (applied with a 4 mm or larger notched trowel)

- Non-tacky after drying — surface is non-sticky after curing, easy for subsequent tiling or finishing
- Tileable — tiles can be laid directly over the cured membrane
- Chemical resistant — resistant to water, aliphatic solvents, dilute acids, alkalis, oils and greases (not resistant to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons)
- Multiple colours — white, grey, terracotta and black for different decorative needs
