SikaTop-530 Seal (formerly MasterSeal 530) is a single-component penetrating crystallising waterproofing material composed of active chemicals, high-purity silica aggregates and selected cement. By forming crystals within concrete capillaries and cracks, it effectively blocks water pathways for permanent structural waterproofing.
