Sikalastic®-701 SF is a two-component, high-solids polyaspartic topcoat specifically designed for liquid-applied roof waterproofing systems. It is 100% solids, low-odour and solvent-free, forming part of the SikaRoof® PUR two-component polyurea system. Suitable for new construction and refurbishment of existing membranes, widely used on flat and pitched roofs, pedestrian walkways, terraces and other outdoor areas.

Applications
- Topcoat for waterproofing systems — for new or refurbished existing membrane systems
- Suitable for flat roofs, pitched roofs, public walkways, terraces, podiums and chemical storage areas
- Cool-roof application — high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) effectively reduces roof surface temperature

- High strength and elasticity: tested to EN ISO 527-3, tensile strength of 15 MPa and elongation at break of 140%, combining toughness and flexibility to accommodate minor substrate cracking
- Energy-saving reflectivity: initial solar reflectance of 0.87, thermal emittance of 0.90 and Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of 111 — reduces roof surface temperature and improves building energy efficiency
- Fire performance: tested to CEN/TS 1187, achieving Broof (T1) and Broof (T4) external fire classifications, meeting most roof fire requirements
