SikaTop-107 Seal HK is a two-component polymer-modified cementitious waterproof coating specially formulated for Hong Kong's humid climate — the solution for persistent leakage problems in local buildings! Pre-proportioned packaging ensures consistent quality. Penetration resistance > 1.5 MPa. Suitable for rooftops, basements, swimming pools, toilets, bathrooms and kitchens, and can be permanently immersed in water.

Applications
